This moved across the AP wire late last night that Miss Page was hospitalized after suffering a heart attack while battling a bad case of pneumonia. Reports were sketchy, some said the eighty-five year old Page was in a coma, but all agreed her condition was critical.
It sounds bad, I know, but I choose to remain cautiously optimistic. For to me, this icon to end all icons was beauty personified; a mash-up of earthy wholesome and sly naughtiness that made my knees turn to jelly whenever she raised those eyebrows and flashed that smile.
